I’ve got a cold sore in my nose that healing and last night me and my partner had sex, I used a little of my own spit before we had sex and I’m worried that we’ll contract genital herpes. Am I over reacting? Some people are so cautious with cold sores and I’m normally that way too but I forgot that I had it in my nose and was in the moment. I know not to give oral when I have one, it was just a little spit basically licking my finger.
