Low temps?

My temperatures seem low compared to other charts I have seen. My temperature hardly goes above 97 degrees Fahrenheit.  Do they look low to anyone else?

I watched a video from an endocrinologist that said sometimes low BBT temps (like what you have) can be caused by adrenal fatigue. May be worth mentioning to your OB or PCP next time you visit. It can be caused by a bunch of things, but normally is caused by prolonged stress.

You should really start testing on CD1 to be able to tell anything from your chart it doesn’t look like you’ve ovulated either
