36 weeks and dilated?

I went in for my 36 week checkup and to my surprise I was 1 cm dilated 60% effaced! Any other moms experience the same thing? How long after was baby born? I'm so nervous every pain I feel freaks me out lol

I was 2cm and 50% at 34 weeks
I was 3cm and 50% at 36 weeks 
I'm now 3 cm and 75% at 37 weeks

It doesn't mean anything. You could be closed, high and hard and deliver hours later. You could be 5cm 90% and have a bulging bag of waters and still go a few week (that was me with both previous pregnancies).

I'm 38 weeks 4 days and I was checked on Monday...just a soft cervix, no dilation. Being induced Wednesday.

At 35+5 I was 1 cm dilated. Idk what I am now I haven't been checked since then and I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow.
