Does Solace sound like a boy name or girl name?

I think it can be both and my husband says it could only be a girl but when I look it up it says boy and he’s like idc it sounds like a girl name only.. so now I’m curious what you guys think ? 🤔

It’s such a beautiful word when written down. I think it looks more feminine.
When I speak it out loud it sounds almost exactly like soulless though, which sounds like an insult or an accusation (although a unisex one).

It sounds like a girl name to me. That may be because it has lace as part of the name.. not sure
