I recently found out I was pregnant when I was 9dpo. The next night I had terrible cramping all night. So I went to Med express in the morning. They ended up sending me to the hospital. They performed an ultrasound and determine I had an ectopic pregnancy and something had ruptured that caused internal bleeding. They said it could have been really bad had I not come in and I needed to have an emergency surgery.

The doctor said they had to take an ovary and tube out during the surgery. They didn’t plan to touch the other side unless for some reason they had to.

Long story short, I woke up from surgery and they said it ended up just being a cyst that ruptured so they were able to handle that and remove the bleeding without taking an ovary or tube!

They then let me know that it was not an ectopic and the pregnancy appeared to be in the proper place!

I now just have to get blood work every 48 hrs to ensure it continues to be a viable pregnancy.

No matter what happens, I praise God that prayers really did work!!
