Holding the articles? Read before voting

Do you think the House should hold the Articles?

The rule is written that the House can hold the Articles of impeachment until they are ready. This allows for two things.

They can refuse to allow the hearings until the Senate agree to a fair trial. Agreements like providing the subpoenaed documents, allowance of exculpatory witnesses, and anyone who has received money from the "defendant" (Trump) being required to requies themselves, as that funding causes a conflict of interest.

The other opportunity it opens up is to wait until after primaries, when Republicans can vote in the best interest of the country and not vote based on fear of non-reelection from the "Always Trumpers."

I think this would be the best strategy currently. Especially since Mitch "Turtle" McConnell said he is working closely with the White house team to basically give Trump the results he wants.
