How far apart do you think siblings should be?

I don’t think there’s a perfect number. I always wanted 2-3 years in between. But life happened. My oldest is 8 and my youngest is 6 weeks. I am in love with the gap. My son is the absolute best big brother. ❤️

My sister is 12 years older than me and we are extremely close. I'd say the age gap doesn't matter in the least.

I think it’s different for everyone and their own individual families. 
I was originally thinking three years but now I’m thinking more like four would be best (mostly because my 2.5 year old still requires a ton of attention).

I don’t think there is a “perfect” age gap! My daughter is just about 7 years older than my son. I never thought I wanted kids that far apart in age, but now I wouldn’t change it for anything. My daughter is such a little mommy to her little brother and she’s soo incredibly helpful and they have the sweetest relationship. Now I’m pregnant with #3 and my son will be about 20 months when this baby gets here so totally different this time around!

I always wanted my kids to be close in age but i didn’t plan to have my first baby at 21 😂 she’s 8 weeks and will definitely be a good amount older than her siblings

I don’t think there’s a perfect gap. It all depends on the family.  For me I like a two year gap. My girls are 21 months apart and I would like one more with a similar gap but we will see.
