Would you still name the baby the name you have always loved ?

I’ve loved this name for 15 years told all my family and friends if I ever had a son I would use this name . My one friend who knew this had a son and her and her husband decided to use this name - Leonidas ( Leo ) for short .. I was heart broken and kinda shocked as she announced it 5 days after giving birth on fb . I was taken back and upset now I’ve let it go but not sure how to feel about it . I’m pregnant with a son and debating if I should still use the name I’ve loved ? My husband and I are between this and another name now / . Would you still use the name u love ???
