Yes. Just like getting drunk is a sin, so is getting high. I was born again 3 years ago & struggled so much with turning away from weed. It was the biggest temptation I’ve ever faced. I prayed my way out of it for a YEAR! The temptation finally went away & The Lord has been showing me his glory like crazyyy is so amazing 💛🙌✨

I don’t know if it is sinful on its own, same with alcohol. However I believe it makes you more likely to doing sinful things under its influence, same as alcohol. I would pray about, study what scripture says about substances of that nature.

Here is how I view it. There is a difference between drinking and getting drunk. Drinking is not sin, drunkenness is. There is also a difference between getting super stoned, and using it in moderation when you need. You dont need a whole joint. You are not sober after smoking an entire joint. I think God would not have made the plant if we were not meant to gain some benefit from it. However, we are to not only follow God's law, but also man's law. If it is legal where you live, take it as you need it. You will NOT be high, you will be "knocking off the edge" so to speak. If it is illegal where you live, do not do it.
