Our little has been going through her first cold. It’s been a week and a half with this crud. She seems perfectly fine during the day but at night she wakes constantly because of her stuffy nose. Any one else have gone through this? Any advice?

Currently using cool mist humidifier, saline drops/nose frida, crib wedge, Tylenol at night. I hate giving her Tylenol for the 7th night but it’s the only relief she gets to be able to sleep for a couple of hours without me holding her upright. I don’t give her any during the day since she doesn’t need it. Please help!
