Please help me!

I am so constipated and have been for weeks it hurts and i cant stand it anymore. Can i take a laxative thats not mild 😩😩😩 i cant do this anymore. The mild laxatives + medimucil arent working, ive been drinking smoothies and lots of water please help 😭
