I'm about 7 weeks pregnant with my 2nd, last week on tuesday I has a lot of pain (like labour tbh), and also some bleeding for 24 hours; it never filled a whole pad but there was a small clot.

Doctors said everything was okay, said I have a tilted womb, on the Thursday I had a scan which showed the baby's heart beating so everything was fine.

Yesterday (thursday, the week after), I had even worse pain, it stopped me walking it hurt so badly. Went to hospital again, no clots this time and a bit heavier. The doctor said to wait for 2 days to see if the bleeding has stopped.

The pain stopped after an hour, it's been a little over 12 hours since it all started the bleeding is still going but only when I wipe, its bright red.

My last pregnancy was honestly the easiest thing ever and I know each pregnancy is different but this is scaring me a little. They said they wont scan me this time so I'm not even sure how to tell if I've miscarried or not. Yet again one pad would easily hold all the blood.
