When you conceive, is there a gender you prefer?

I would love twins but terrified of being pregnant with them and giving birth. J have a Brian malformation that causes low flow of spinal fluid so pushing is going to be really tough on me.

I would LOVE to have twin girls or just one girl for that matter! I have 2 boys but if it would be a boy again, I wouldn't care! At this moment, I just want to have a little one inside me! ❤

After having 4 mc, ANYTHING healthy would be perfect!
