A little history: I have endometriosis, I ovulate on my own, but my right tune is blocked. I started taking femera/letrozole 2.5mg days 3-7 and ovulated cd 13 which was 12/16. EVERY SINGLE MONTH (while not on letrozole) at 1 dpo my breasts get super sensitive and it lasts till 3-4 days before AF. I’m now 3dpo and my breast don’t hurt at all. I’m not asking if I’m pregnant, I know that’s not possible yet. I’m asking if anyone has significant changes like that on their first round of letrozole? I’m worried I didn’t ovulate for some reason.
