Everyone is sick with the flu in my house...what can I do to try to avoid gettingit?

I really cannot get sick! I do everything!!! I’m so so worried about getting sick. Plus, it’s close to Christmas...any ideas?

Did you get the flu shot!? That’s the main thing you can do to curb your chances so hopefully it isn’t too late!! Good luck lol

Take elderberry and up your vitamin C. Also take Vit D or get some good sunlight

Pretty much nothing you can do. Unless you disinfect every surface at home all the time and wear a oxygen mask every time you leave your room and have zero contact with every family member. Flu virus is very easely air born you can breath it in any time and it can live on surfices for long time without host. Viruses become alive only in host body or they hibernate. Some type of viruses can be in suspended animation for 200 years. Washing hands often and disinfecting door knobs might work but does not solve air contamination unless you stay 2 meters away from each family member.

Get a mask and gloves? Haha I mean beyond that and sanitizing everything....your chances are high.
