I usually wear pads when I'm on my period but lately I have been wearing tampons and I leak through them! Any advice?

Wear a tampon and a pad , it's very helpful or change the size of the tampon

I get really heavy periods the first few days and have to change my tampon every 30/40 min. I wear a medium thick panty liner with the tampon so you can't really feel it like you can with a pad but if/when my tampon leaks it doesn't go through and stain my pants. That's been a real saver for me.

Oh my god same. I've tried changing them every like 20 minutes and still leaking. Tanpons = fucking shit!!!

I wear tampons and pads at the same time because I'm terrified offs moon leaks, but pads don't help as much as tampons do
