Body weight and self love
I’m 14 in high school I’ve never been “skinny.
I weight somewhere around 140-145 of something. If I was taller it might be better weight but I’m only 5 foot. The weight goes to my thighs and stomach mostly. I used to not care about it but then my dad started to made remarks that every year I needed new pants and that if I kept doing what I was I’d be 300 pounds by the time I’m 30. That one hurt the most.
I’ve started to notice that I care what others think of me. Is there anything that helps anyone to just love themselves?I am happier because I got out of toxic friendships but still always self conscious. I suck in constantly.
Is there a way to help me have some self confidence without sucking in or other stuff like that.
