Postpartum hair loss
I’m going bald 😭 not literally but so much is falling out like two handfuls in one shower & it’s like from the root full long pieces not just dead ends.
Any recommendations on how to help pp hair loss?
I’m still taking pre-natals still since I’m breastfeeding
