Help only if you may know

Okay ladies... I need some help because clearly my doctor is slow and not understanding. I’m in my second trimester 16weeks to be exact, the last two weeks of my first tri I started getting pains in my opening of the vagina where you have intercourse, it feels like Indian burn soon as he slides in and I clench up in pain, my doctor said try lube but its already a waterfall down there but I do it anyways and nope the lube makes it worse I used a water based lube because I’m very sensitive there. I’m only with one partner and my partner is committed to me but she checked for everything still like STD Sti I mean everything everything came back negative so I was wondering if anyone else has ever felt this in pregnancy? What did you do? How long did it last? Please help I’m miserable 😭😭😭
