Is 1 year together & engaged too quick to be pregnant?

i know everyone is different but heres my story...met my now hubby feb 9 2004. feb 12 2004 he asked me to be his girl. may 2004 found out i was pregnant with our daughter. april 2006 we got married. and now almost 12 years and 3 kids later i am more in love with him than ever before!! ttc #4! blessings and baby dust to you beautiful ladies!!!

Not reaaallly I'm on the fence, i was pregnant a few months after a year together, our son was unfortunately stillborn, our next son was born 8 days after our 3year, however we where moved in together after having our stillborn son and we are celebrating 6years together next month. I also don't think relationship status means anything when having kids, we only JUST got engaged so yeah hahaha

It depends on ur relationship if U guys don't feel ready then too soon. Everybody and every relationship is different. I got married and immediately got pregnant. N we r happy with our family n going strong married 8 yrs with 2 kids TTC number 3 soon

If you know each other well, no. But if you live in the US I advise marriage for the legal benefits at the very least.

I think it's a little quick. I have a friend who got engaged after 4 months of knowing a guy then married a month later. 4 months into the marriage she is pregnant. She complains and whines about him all the time. Her best friend and I wonder if she will divorce him first or have the baby first. It's a sad situation, even some relatives have told her to divorce him. The baby is due about a week after their 1st anniversary. I personally would wait.

Not at all but I would personally get married first. Not for religious reasons but because it's yours and your partners big day. Let it all be about you.
