Peeing on tile

Has anyone had an issue with their dog peeing in the same spot on tile floor? I have 3 dogs. For a while they were good so aloud to be in the house but for a while 2 of them will always destroy something. So they’re back in the crates while we’re gone. But the one can stay in the house because she’s good. But she keeps peeing in the same spot on the kitchen tile? I of course wipe it, mop it, and usually use tile-x on it to clean it better. They’re not alone long and get let out right before I leave. She’s 5 years old. She doesn’t do it any other time. I never have had an issue with her going in the house.
