Hey ladies. I had a MC in October and I started bleeding on my own before I even had my first appointment. This is my second MC but I am not having any signs of my period starting. They confirmed with a second scan that the gestational sac is empty and measuring weeks behind. The doctor said if I’m a week and a half I still haven’t shown any signs she would like to do a D&C. I really don’t want a D&C is there anything I can do to try and help my body naturally start this process?
