Alcohol Addiction

Jes
I know this is a women's forum but right now I need some advice. Let me tell you the story. My parents are amazing people. They worked so hard to give us everything they could including education. My two older sisters finished college and so did I. My youngest sister is about to graduate this May. We're four sisters and one brother. My brother had gone the wrong path. My whole family drinks alcohol but we know our limit and we drink on special occasions. My parents have been  working out of town since my brother was a 17. Now he's 21. My parents bought him his car and did everything they could to help him but ever since my parents started working out of town, he's been going out with his friends and drinking. He crashed 3 cars and was arrested once for drinking and driving. That also cost him to lose his job. My parents, relatives, and some friends of ours have told him to change and gave him advice. He also understands how much bad he has done and he says he's gonna stop drinking. But he doesn't. It getting so bad to the point that he slapped his girlfriend last weekend. His girlfriend did not want the cops involved at all. He realized what he had done once he got sober the next day and has been apologizing. Now last night he went to the club and he knew he wasn't supposed to drink and his girlfriend told him to not drink but got drunk because his friend told him to drink. When they got home he tried taking advantage of his girlfriend's cousin because she was also drunk. I kicked him out and is sleeping outside in his car. His girlfriend is with him because she doesn't know if she wants to leave him. I love my brother so much but that's NOT my brother anymore. I can't deal with that. My youngest sister is feeling horrible because she doesn't want him to be homeless because he has no where to go. I don't know what to do. I need help. If it was up to me, I would've called the cops to get him off the property or to even lock him up because what he has done has  no excuse or forgiveness. Please help me. I need advice.
