How to make baby drink some water ?

Hello mumas
Baby is badly constipated and have ever been like this only. Baby cries and screams in pain have been to gp many times
Baby is on medicines for same
But gp tells to give baby some water but baby wont have any of it 
Any tricks how to make baby drink water

I just took a sippy cup with water and put it in my babys mouth myself and he drank it.

I have a free flow tommee tippee cup and I just put it to her mouth and she has small amounts x

I do a sippy cup with a nipple for her to drink out of and I serve it room temp

I’d just start out with a bottle let them get about half way done then switch it out with one with water in it. That might help get some water down
