Arbys roastbeef sandwich while pregnant?

I live in a very rural area haha. We just had an arby's open up yesterday. I really want their roastbeef sandwich. But lunchmeat... I heard its warmed up and steamed. Opinions?

U can eat lunch meat. U can warm it, or u can eat it normal. Don’t overthink everything u eat while pregnant. Don’t do drugs, drink alcohol, or eat raw meats.

I ate Arby’s all through my last pregnancy bc that’s what I always wanted and baby is fine. I’ve eaten it a couple times this pregnancy bc I’m craving it again. I think it’s okay bc the meat is warmed up

Its fully cooked, had to be since its gast food unlike normal roast beef at medium well. Your fine. More people get sick from.lettuce than arbys

I wanted one so bad last night! I read that because it's lunch meat and they don't necessarily cook it to steaming before putting it on the bun it can't be totally trusted. Some people do say it's fine to have an occasional lunch meat treat pregnant, others say it's a hard no 🤷🏼‍♀️
