Moses basket safety?!

Hey, so I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I’ve bought a Moses basket. Upon arrival it has a type of padding around it and then a sheet of fabric on top of that which covers all of the sides. Is this safe?! I don’t want any risk of suffocation to be present when my little boy gets here can anyone help? Xx

They're not safe and def not worth the money for the hot minutes the child would even fit in it.

They're not safe when baby starts turning over in bed. Plus babies grow out of them really quick so imo id just return it

No they're not safe and pose a suffocation hazard. Return it. I would just use a crib with no bumpers or even a crib mattress on the floor.
