Why painful sex?

So when I had sex yesterday it was really painful and I was ovulating we tried every position an my s/o was getting upset saying its just his big hmmm um no thats not it coz it was barley in an I wanted to scream. Has anyone else experienced this b4 ?

I usually have pain when I'm ovulating too I didn't realize that's what it was until I started tracking my cycle and then I realized the painful sex was only when I was ovulating so it might be the position of your cervix... But there are several other reasons why sex could be painful so don't quote me on that just giving you my opinion!!!

Could be several different things. Depends if you've had the pain before during ovulation? Not during ovulation? Have you been tested for STD's? Tested or told you have cysts?Have you been tested for fibroids?  Were you dry? All kinds of things even the type of pain you have can help identify what's going on. Something you should talk to your ob about because you are trying to conceive. Be very specific with the Doctor the more you tell them the more they can narrow it down.
