I'm 5 weeks pregnant with baby #4, on Wednesday I had spotting red, then pink, then brown and gone. Mild lower back pain. So yesterday I had very light brown spotting and then gone again. I went to the doctor and he did a pelvic exam and my cervix is closed and no blood. This morning I had very light brown cervical mucus and gone. But have lower back pain again which I know can be normal. Doctor is scheduling me for an u/s this week. Anyone have this and go on to have a healthy pregnancy?
