Have you tried the hair tie trick on your jeans while pregnant?

I have fallen inlove with using a hair tie to close my favorite jeans now that I’m pregnant. Like I saving most of my money for baby supplies so I don’t want to buy maternity clothes and this trick has saved me.

Yes but it doesnt work your 3rd trimester, so you still have to buy clothes

No my stomach was hard below the buttons on pants by the time I started second trimester and it hurt. I just bought cheap maternity amazon leggings. Burlington also has really cheap maternity clothes.

I did for over half my pregnancy with my first, but it stretched the crap out of my jeans and then they were too big post partum 😭

Yep I did that & wore yoga pants for both pregnancies & it worked for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yoga pants. I wore scrubs for work so I had no issues. Also got a few cheap things at goodwill.

My pants won’t go up over my thighs 😂😂 this hack didn’t work for me

I don't do it because my shirts tend to be short for me anyways and it totally shows.
I'm going for maternity clothing very early in pregnancy.
