Are headaches around 8 weeks normal?

I havent had them until now and as a nurse I know they are signs of all sorts of things.. what I dont know is if this is normal during pregnancy? This is our first!

I literally had a headache everyday of my first trimester 😭 a little caffeine and some Tylenol helped a ton.

It's very normal. Your increase in hormones cause headaches. Try reading about your pregnancy, and read what to expect so you won't be so panicky about things. I've learned to be very calm since I had spotting and light bleeding during my 6th week cause I thought I was stressing too much. This is my first too and I wanted to run to the internet for things but learned no one person's pregnancy is the same. Just enjoy the journey. Things will change because you are pregnant. Enjoy it. I'm 11 weeks and feel like the time is flying by. Be happy. Your body will let you know if something's seriously wrong. Congratulations by the way😊🙌🏽

Just turned 9 weeks today and I've had a small headache every day that started at 8wks
