Need help
I've got the dad bod going on. I'm slow at work, so i'm sitting on my butt a lot. I have degenerating discs in my back, and bad knees. But i still try to take the stairs at work (when i can). We have a treadmill and ive tried walking and jogging, but have to Ice my knees after.
Does anyone have any suggestions for at home exercises, i cant do situps because of my back. But my gut is getting out of hand.
