Waking up during the night affect temp
My temp is finally rising into post O temps but now I am worried it's not accurate. I'm probably stressing over nothing. This morning it rose to 97.71 but I also got up 45 minutes (5:15)before to let the cat out and go to the bathroom. I went right back to sleep and took my temp when I woke at 6:05. Would waking up before and going back to sleep affect it at all? Or should I not worry about it.
