Gestational sac with mildly irregular contour?

Question

Anyone have this?  I've had 4 ultrasounds in the 11 weeks I've been pregnant.  Measuring 11+3 today. My first 3 ultrasounds at my doctor's office never alerted anyone of an irregular contour if the gestational sac except today at the ER which was my 4th ultrasound. 
Ugh...worried momma here...

I have had spent baby related trips to the ER and I can say (and my ob confirmed) they don’t know Much about pregnancy specifically.  If your OB never mentioned it, probably not an issue!

Why are you having so many ultrasounds? They dont recommend that in the first trimester
