Do you feel like your milk supply is decreasing?

I put no but I did. I felt like my supply was decreasing and then I started pumping one time at 5 am so she could have a bottle before bed. Now she gets fed and is full with no problems. Also I got my period back in September and everytime I have my period my supply decreases a little bit, I just feed her one extra time in the evening to make up for it or give her some from my frozen stash.

I am just today recovering from the norovirus, and on my period, so I have like nothing. I also have high lipase milk and my LO won’t take freezer milk over three weeks. It’s been tough. I do feel like with extra pump sessions I’ll be able to get it back but we’ve definitely gone through a ton of freezer milk the past few days. I’m lucky if I get two ounces out of a pump session right now.

Since I exclusively pump I KNOW my supply is decreasing 😭😭😭😭
I’ve already increased the amount of formula I supplement with and started saving more milk in the freezer because if I stop producing milk I would at least like her to drink a bottle a day until she’s one.

Little one is definitely feeding more...or maybe I'm offering more? He basically stopped "asking" for milk at like 2 months so it was more like he ate when I offered or thought he must be hungry. He's never turned down the boob though...but I almost exclusively nurse and still has a couple small night feedings so I feel like it would be very surprising if my supply decreased.
