Can anyone help?

I dont know where I am in my cycle. My period in November was completely missed but my last one was 29/10/19. I have had faint positives on tests followed by negatives then more faint positives 🤯. I've been having this on and off for a few days now along with sharp cramps, lower back ache, sore sensitive boobs, exhaustion and nausea. Please dont tell me to test as they're either really faint or negative. Cervix is high closed but medium soft
