Do you guys use whitening stripes? If so do they actually work and what kind do you use?

I use Crest Professional Effects and they work for me. I also got a $10 led light on Amazon and that makes your teeth even whiter, instantly.

The sensitive teeth one by crest white and yes they work. I did it like 3 days in a row and then once a week. Comes with 14 strips I think
