How much should I budget for things like gas, food, and utilities?

We don't have any other kinds of bills. There are two of us. I'd like to eat in most of the time but every now and then eat out.

My household is 2 adults, 1 child and 4 pets. We get paid every two weeks on the same day.  Grocery budget every two weeks is just under 200. Utilities is between 60 to 80 every 2 weeks. And gas for our vehicles is roughly 130 combined every 2 weeks.

It's hard to say. Only because we don't know your situation. Like do you travel far for work. Are your appliances electric or gas. Is it a big home how much do you eat ect ect. The best bet is to get your bills from a few months and average it out

We have a weekly food budget. About 70 a week. That's two people too. Usually we eat organic. 
We have about 60 for general spending 
100 for entertainment 
We both have separate gas budgets. Mine is 100 a month (I drive a Chevy sonic so gas is about $11 a week at times. From empty to full. 
We also have a fun budget which I usually spend on honest company or even just regular shopping spree. That's about 60+ depending on how much I make.

This all highly depends on where you live. Where i live, our elec/gas bill is $95/80 just for delivery costs each month; so our minimum bill each month is usually around $180. You get charged that no matter how much of each you use, but our actual elect usage is like $40/mo on top of the delivery fees. Gas usage is only nov-mar, with spotty usage in oct/apr, and no gas used the rest of the year.

Gas for cars depends on how much you use for work each week, and the cost per gallon, and then tack on an extra $xx per week for errands/fun stuff travels.

Other bills on top of those would be cellphones, cable/internet, netflix/similar if you have them. And all of those can vary wildly based on what kid of services you opted for.

I drive a truck and live about 45 miles from work and there are three of us in the family so my budget might seem high but I  budget $500 a month for my own gas, $400 for his and then $500 for the groceries.  My $500 for groceries usually includes the occasional going out to dinner thing.  Whatever i have left over goes into savings because i like to budget high. But yes every one has different incomes and bills so it will need to fit your own family needs, but budgeting is a great way to start! :)

It's hard to say because every ones income is different and their bills are different.

But, my husband and I normally budget about $200 for that kind of stuff. We live about 30 minutes from where he works so it costs more in gas.

It really is different for everyone...
