Constipation remedies!?

Alright so this happened with my previous pregnangy (ended in miscarriage) as well, and that is that i get sooo constipated that its like a cruel joke, i tried dried plums, raisins, beans, weetabix, etc but it didnt really do the trick.
Do any of you have something that helped you out? 
I also get so bloated that i look like i could be halfway through my second trimester by now 😂

Stool softeners are 100% safe to take. Colas and Miramar are good ones. I also eat a fiber bar or two a day!

Fresh pears and plums! Also, magnesium really helps with constipation but don’t take too much or you will have the opposite problem.

Apple sauce or apple juice 3x daily. No more than that or it'll make it worse. That's what my mom used to do when I was little bitty. I was a bit of a bread and cheese hound as a kiddo, not a huge fan of fruits and veggies (texture issues).

Lots of apples help me. I try to eat at least 1 apple every day to avoid bad constipation. I still get bunged up sometimes but it definitely helps me. I've had awful constipation in all 3 of my pregnancies, and been told every time all I can safely do is adjust my diet.
