Pregnant 2 months after C-section??

Question

Alrighty ladies... please no hate or negativity. I already know how this is going to sound. I'm venting and also asking... 
Has anyone out there become pregnant shortly after their c-section? I'm 9 weeks PP after a very traumatic delivery involving an emergency c-section and a lacerated bladder. 
I haven't been wanting to have sex until recently and my period started. While on my period, I figured it was fine to not use protection... low risk right?🙄
In my weak defense, it took us a really long time to conceive our son.
 So, I was talking to my mom and we get on the topic of birth control. I am not using any and not thinking anything of it. And I tell her about how I've been on my period and it's lower risk blah blah blah 😖
Then my mom gets all quiet. She tells me that she got pregnant with me when she was on her period during her honeymoon. 
Anything can happen! My 2 week wait is going to be nerve wracking. I can't help but feel embarrassed. I researched for countless hours on fertility. In hopes to increase my chances of having my firstborn.

I got pregnant really easy 8 months after I had my son via c-section. In fact, it was a “surprise” and very unplanned. But my previous pregnancy we actually tried and I tracked my cycle and it took several months. So just because it took a while to get pregnant the first time doesn’t mean it will be the same way with the next baby!
However, after a c-section, I would wait and let your body heal. I was even very scared to get pregnant 8 months post c section, but luckily my OB said my incision healed very nicely. 
I would say wait at least 6 months and also talk to your OB. Not everyone heals the same. I was told, like I said, that I healed pretty well and quickly. My case may not be the norm. 
I am currently 6 months pregnant and so far no issues with the incision area

I was told that If I get pregnant within 18 months of c section, Id most likely be having another one. 
Besides that I think it’s mainly what you want and how well your body recovered from previous c section. Ask your doctor and see what they have to say

I had a csection with both my babies. I got pregnant a month after my first. And my second I got pregnant 2 or three months after him.

I wouldn’t panic just yet, if you were on your period it’s unlikely you are pregnant (although not impossible). Deep breaths, it will be fine! Just think about using condoms or the rhythm/temp method if you don’t want to be on hormonal birth control.

You’re very fertile right after birth so there’s def still a chance but if you were on your period it’s much less likely. I would get on birth control or get condoms ASAP. I had an uncomplicated csection and they still told me to wait a minimum 6 months to conceive again because it can be dangerous otherwise. Your uterus needs time to heal

Theres a super low chance of getting pregnant while on your period. But its possible. How ever youre really fertile after having a baby. Just because it took you a while to concieve before doesnt mean it will now. I would see your doctor about birthcontrol asap
