Do I count the first two days of spotting as my period??

Changing my period days effects my predicted ovulation so I kind of want to know. How is everyone else logging their days??

Answer

No spotting is not your period. Some people will count it but it's not your period until you have a flow. Think of it like since spotting can happen throughout your cycle, it's not your period even if you regularly spot before/after your period
