is this normal?!

i'm having this unbearable sharp pain in my stomach and my chest. i have a heating pad over my stomach and i can barely move. i'm not on my period, and this doesn't feel normal. i haven't been able to move in 3 hours and if i do, i start crying because it's so painful.

i get that sometimes as well and most of the time it passes within a couple of hours. when i get it its usually ovulation cramps. pretty much when ur body is releasing eggs and when everythings kinda going wack in ur stomach lining and uterus ahaha. i wouldnt worry to much, only if it becomes extremely severe. even still if it is concerning u, its worth a trip to the gp just to be safe. try sitting in the fettle position, that typically helps

Not normal. Depending on where exactly the pain is it could be your appendix. I know it’s hard to move but try eating something. I once had excruciating pain coming from my side and back and could barely walk without tearing up or flinching and we thought it was my appendix. I was in no mood to eat but I hadn’t eaten yet and figured I should make myself. Within an hour after eating the pain suddenly subsided? I wasn’t starving but idk, the body is strange. Have you had a uti recently or currently? If so it could be your kidney
