My son got one of his top teeth first!

Looks like he does have two teeth buds up there. This is what my sons looked like when I first noticed them at the beginning of December:

Only one has cut since then and the other one is slowly still pushing down. Maybe another week or two I’m thinking. Not sure if it takes top teeth longer or it just takes my son awhile to cut? Hang in there mama!
