New to tracking BBT - did I ovulate?
Still trying to get the bag of this BBT thing. Been temping around 6am every day (give or take 3-5 minutes) before I get out of bed. Not sure how to read this chart since there seems to be no significant rise to indicate ovulation. Any thoughts?
