7 weeks postpartum still bleeding?

Could it still be postpartum bleeding? 
Period? I dont have any cramps or period symptoms. 
Could it be from the depo shot?

If it’s continuous and hasn’t stopped you may want to just check in with your doctor. It can be totally normal but rarely you can have retained placenta which needs to be removed.
