Bfp or faulty???

Whitney • 31, currently on a ttc break, pregnancy loss due to Blighted Ovum in May.
Ok so I took this this morning, and this was after only two minutes. At first i got super happy cus I thought it was a bfp, (hence the small tear, was showing my sister and knocked the test window with my fingernail) but the reason I am doubting is cus if you look in the control window it looks like there is a + sign as well....so does that mean the test is faulty???
