Spotting cycle day 6/7?

I always get some spotting on cycle day six/seven a day or so after my period has dried up. Does anyone have the same or know if there is any reason for this? A dip in hormone level? Thank you.

How long is your whole cycle? So from cd1 of starting period until you are due again

So your period stops? And then a day later or two you start spotting?

My cycle is about 3-4 days long. I've ways wondered if it is something to do with a hormone dip or the uterus lining ... Any advice appreciated. I'm trying pomegranate juice this cycle!

If it's brown could it just be old blood that's left? How long is your cycle?

Yes exactly. Stops then maybe one/two days later I have brown/pink spotting once off then it stops again. It puzzles me.
