I need a description of what love feels like to you????

I knew I loved my fiancé because I tried my hardest not to love him because I was scared. I've had some bad relationships in the past and I just wanted someone to be there without commitment. We promised we wouldn't fall in love with each other. And then it became walks on the beach and dying to hold eachothera hand. Finally one morning before he left for work a few months after we started seeing eachothera, he hugged me goodbye and told me he loved me. I almost didn't say it back. I was so scared. I left and stayed away for about a month, I went back to my hometown about 6 hours away from him. I wanted to make sure he was what I wanted. And every day I loved him more. So I came back. A few months later we moved in together. It was all so amazing because I had no idea I could love like that. We have been living together for over a year now and I am 11 weeks pregnant with both of our first child. It's a fairytale. I miss him every day that he is at work. ❤️❤️❤️ that's what love feels like. It's scary. Because you give all you have to that one person. And they could break you if they wanted. But they don't :)

When I first had strong feelings for my husband, it felt like that scene from Bambi where they talk about feeling Twitterpatted. Everything felt light and nice and happy. I realized my feelings for him were love when time went on and my feelings for him were still strong when things were not so light or easy-when the thought of him brought feelings of comfort, and emotional stability. When I had a desire to be near and care for him in times of happiness and times of need. Love is hard to decipher from lust, and I don't know that I'll ever be able to word it lol.   I'm interested to read the coming descriptions people post here :)

It's when you still care about him even though he's acting like a big baby because he's got a mild cold.

It's making him hot tea every morning in the winter because "that's when his throat hurts".

It's punching him in the arm and then grudgingly saying "I love you" even though he just did a Dutch oven.

It's reminding him for the millionth time to stop leaving pee piddles on the toilet seat, but still being happy that you're with him.

It's when you couldn't afford to go out on a date, so you just stay inside and watch old reruns, and looking over at him and thinking "he's such an amazing guy".

That's what love feels like.

For me my deepest love is for someone I let go. He had a dream. It was a dream he would have spent his whole life wishing he could do. The opportunity arose. It was absolutely no option for me to go along. It wasn't that kind of opportunity, not something I could do. It was in my hands. He was willing to stay and marry me and live a life he had not wanted. I made him go. He is very happy. We are not a couple. But I think when you love a person you are willing to put their happiness ahead of your own.
