Hard to explain pain 😣😢

I keep having a wrenching pain in my back. Right side middle of my back like my kidney area. It’s like it tightens for about 10 minutes at a time. First time was a couple weeks ago, woke me up out of a dead sleep. Tonight its happened twice. Once about 4 hours ago and then about 10 minutes ago. Could it be a kidney infection or something?? It hurts so bad. Don’t want to go to the women’s center for no reason. Has anybody else had this happen? Thank you in advance for any insight.
