Would anyone be able to help me understand some reasons of why I could be experiencing period like cramps but not as intense when I had my last period 12/10-1215 and this one was really light I didn’t feel any cramps like I normally would. I always have heavy flows and severe cramping before and during. These cramps I’m experiencing feel like sharp pains and they just occur throughout the day and my app says I don’t ovulate until next week. These cramps have been happening for about a week now
