I usually breastfeed but started very recently supplementing at night so I am pumping a little again since baby slept through the night yesterday and so far today. I noticed my milk doesn’t look as “thick” and white as before and it seems to look lighter, probably foremilk. She seems to be getting satisfied with formula that’s why she’s sleeping through the night better maybe? Is anyone else’s milk supply changed or is it just me? The amount is still the same, just the color of it seems to be different. 🤷‍♀️

Does this look like foremilk? Or does it look normal. My past pumped milk would be much “whiter” than this. But it’s been a few months
